On 13 August 2025, EMR Vision Foundation, in collaboration with Step Ahead Foundation, hosted a Women’s Month Celebration dedicated to youth information sharing and empowerment. The event brought together key stakeholders and community members to promote access to opportunities and social development programs.
The Department of Social Development played an active role in the plenary session, sharing valuable insights and resources. A Ward Committee Member officially welcomed attendees on behalf of the Ward Councillor, setting a positive and engaging tone for the day.
Stakeholders in attendance included the Department of Social Development, National Youth Development Agency (NYDA), Department of Labour, SEDA, LEDA, ARCH Holdings, EMR Vision Foundation, and Step Ahead Foundation. Representatives from Avbob and Progress Burial Society also participated, setting up gazebos and interacting with attendees.
The event was well attended by community members who actively engaged in discussions, asked questions, and shared information about available youth opportunities.
