ADVERT FOR GTEDA SMALL MEDIUM AND MICRO ENTERPRISES (SMME) NON-FINANCIAL
SUPPORT PROGRAMME
Greater Tzaneen Economic Development Agency hereby calls for interested and SMME to
apply for GTEDA SMME Non-Financial Support
The non-financial support programme is open to SMMEs operating within Greater Tzaneen
Municipality, the businesses must be owned by South African citizens.
DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of the SMME Non-Financial Support programme is to assist SMMEs operating within
the jurisdiction of the Greater Tzaneen Municipality with equipment, input material, promotional
material etc.
Maximum Voucher Amount: R 16 000.00 (Sixteen Thousand Rand)
Target: 31 Enterprises
ALL APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

1. Fully completed and signed GTEDA non-financial support application form
2. SMMEs Business Plan
   The Business Plan should cover and elaborate on but not limited to the following areas:
   the executive summary, business description, market analysis, organization and
   management, product line or services, marketing and sales component as well as
   financial projections.
3. Proof of market/clients
4. The SMMEs should demonstrate that the business has an existing market, this may be in
   the form of offtake agreements/contracts/customers, the SMME should also provide a
   list of clients/customers in the application form.
5. Proof of residential address
   From Traditional Authority or Ward Councilor of Greater Tzaneen Municipality)

6. Proof of business address
   From Traditional Authority or Ward Councilor under Greater Tzaneen Municipality)
7. Certified ID Copy of applicant (not older than 3 months)
8. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate/Tax Pin
9. Valid Company Registration Certificate issued by the Companies and Intellectual
   Properties Commission (CIPC)
10. BBB-EE Certificate
11. One (1) quotation with clear specifications and quantities of all items required.

SUBMISSION DETAILS:
Application form and business plan templates can be collected from GTEDA Offices and may
be emailed upon request by the prospective applicant from: Wednesday, 09 to Monday 28
October 2024.
A fully completed application form with all required supporting documents (listed above)
should be directed to The Chief Executive Officer of GTEDA and submitted as indicated below:

No emailed or faxed applications will be accepted.
If you do not receive any communication from GTEDA by the 31st December 2024, consider
your application unsuccessful.
NB: SMMEs that were previously funded by GTEDA in the previous non-financial support
programme should not apply, if received, the applications will not be considered.
