Nkowankowa \u2014 In a spirited celebration of Youth Day, the EMR Vision Foundation hosted an exciting Under-15 Soccer Tournament on 16 June 2025 at Nkowankowa Stadium. The event drew vibrant support from the local community and highlighted the incredible young football talent emerging across the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a series of thrilling matches, Nkowankowa Barcelona were crowned the champions of the tournament, showcasing exceptional teamwork, discipline, and determination throughout the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tournament opened with an intense clash between Risenga FC and Hlasela FC, which ended with a 3\u20132 victory for Risenga FC. Nhlamulo Shipalana of Risenga FC earned the Man of the Match<\/em> title for his outstanding skill and energy on the pitch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the second fixture, Mariveni Team United faced Nkowankowa Barcelona in a nail-biting penalty shootout. Barcelona triumphed 4\u20133 on penalties, advancing to the finals. Despite the loss, Blessing Mkhabele of Mariveni Team United was recognized as Man of the Match<\/em> for his leadership and exceptional performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Losers\u2019 Final, Mariveni Team United bounced back with a commanding 4\u20131 win over Hlasela FC. The Grand Final saw Nkowankowa Barcelona dominate with a 5\u20131 victory over Risenga FC to secure the championship title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
